Administrative Office
An administrative office exists to carry out the common goals of the group. Our office is responsible for managing the common business activities of the group, including: negotiating third party contracts, administering benefits and personnel manual and forms, tax compliance and accounting support, OSHA compliance, administrating common fee schedule, managing group purchasing, overseeing compliance program, strategic planning, managing information systems, overseeing all business activities, monitoring and enforcing the QA and UR programs, and providing the practice and divisions with support services as needed.
